Hannah presents her UROP research!

Hannah Kreibich @beersciencehan, an undergraduate researcher in the lab, presented her UROP research on the the best kind of beer spoils, Sour Beers! She has been mutating commercial Lactococcus stains to try and make them more hop resistant! Check out her brief appearance on TV! In a few weeks time she will start full time at Castle Danger Brewery!
